Our DIY service provides you with all the tools you need to fully control the upload management and sale of your images and is provided on a minimum 12 month contract starting at £19.99 a month.
 
Our system has been designed to leave you in full control of all aspects of the sale of your prints with this in mind we do not provide a printing service  but send all the order details and monies directly back to you so as you can manage the fulfilment of the order.
 
Set up options - We offer a basic setup absolutely free, but recommend the integrated bespoke portal page as this gives your customers a more professional feel as they are unaware a third party is involved. To find out more please have a look at our Set-up Options.
 
Which ever portal option you choose, we suggest you have your website designer  link the new Portal Page directly to your website.
 
The actual portal page web address will be as near as possible to your own website. So, if your website is www.pictureperfect.co.uk then you portal address will be www.photomemory.net/pictureperfect
 
We suggest link to this address by either : -
 
Add a new button "Albums Online" .
Insert one of our free logos from the download section on your control panel.
Add wording similar to "View you Wedding Album Online - Click Here".
 
We are also happy to talk directly to your web designer directly should you require.
 
Preparing a Submission - If you shoot on film you will need to either have your negatives scanned at the Lab or have scanned them yourself.
 
If you use a digital camera then you are able to upload the images directly from your camera or PC. They will need to be in Jpeg format.
 
Your Control Panel Facilities - During the setup process you are provided with a Control Panel page that allow you to : -
 
Enter and maintain up to 99 price lists each with up to 999 options.
Maintain your contact business details.
Setup you preferences for on-line payments.
Change security and access details.
Enter album details and upload images.
 
List all the albums you have within your archive store and maintain there details, remove images, upload more images and much more.
List and see all your customer order history.
List and display your Photomemory invoice.
Make Credit card payments to Photomemory.
View and print a detail user guide of how to use the system.
 
Access our download corner, where there are a number of useful freeware programs.
 
Accept Credit cards over the telephone - without having to own a Credit Card machine. (This is for Business Paypal customers, Additional set-up charge applies).
 
In short we provide you with all the management tools for you to control the system without having to constantly request Photomemory to perform changes
 
Processing and Image Upload
 
You will need to turn the images, you can either add a personal watermark or use our dynamic watermarking facility that adds the watermark as the images are displayed.
 
The upload routine automatically re-sizes the images before uploading. Once uploaded you are able to view the album, adjust details, add extra images before releasing the album for public viewing.
 
Each individual album pages have a link that when selected Pops-up the larger images that allow viewers to see and order them.
 
Your Order Form - We do NOT take a percentage for any of the orders processed through the site, regardless of the number you received.
 
The order process is secured utilising the industry standard SSL encryption. We offer a number of customer payment options.
 
 
 
Cheque Only - The simplest option - After completing the order the customer is sent an e-mail telling them who to make the cheque out to and were to send it.
 
Cheque Only + Pseudo Credit Card Payments  + Telephone Credit Cards - This option includes the cheque option above plus what appears to the customer to be a standard credit card payment facility. In practice the information is collected securely and then put into your order database so as you can subsequently retrieve the information and process the transaction on a desk to credit card machine as a person away transaction.
 
The telephone option accepts all the customer details and stores them while their confirmation e-mail let them know you will contact them within the next 2 working days to take their credit card details.
 
Cheque Only + Credit Card or Paypal Payments - Paypal now allow customers to pay for goods via Credit Card without a Paypal account providing you (The Photographer) has a Paypal Business account. Obviously Customers who do have Paypal can also pay via their account.
  
In all cases, after the customer has checked out they will receive a confirmation e-mail with details of the order they have just placed. The order information itself is placed in a secure database on the server and can be subsequently accessed via the control panel.
 
To bring the order to your attention we also send you an e-mail that contains the basic details of the order along with a "clickable" link which you can use to access your Control Panel.
 
Note : For photographers without Credit card facilities we are able to provide these with no on going monthly fee. And, for just £25 we will give you the facility to take Credit Card payments over the Phone. This is useful for Event Deposits etc.
