There are a number of Setup options. Which are listed in cost order. All costs are one time only unless specifically stated otherwise. 
 
Option 1 (Free)
The standard portal, album pages and order form are mainly white with black/grey test. Your company name is added to these however there are no links back to your website.
 
You may want to start off with this option and upgrade later.
 
Option 2 (Total Cost £60)
 
a) Portal Page - A bespoke Portal Page, which, where possible, is produced in the style of your current website. It contains all your contact details, a montage of your photographs, and category based hyperlinks that bring up images pointing to all the events and weddings you have published with Photomemory. You may then optionally add the links to your current website pointing visitors to the Portal page and their photographs. With this option visitors are often unaware that the service is being offered directly by you rather than a third party.

Telephone, Fax and Mobile numbers (Mobile only needed if you want it on the web  page)
 
 Up to 7 photographs or digital images (These will be used to produce the montage – it may be possible to extract these from your current website)
A small paragraph describing your services. (Keep this down to about 70 words. Again this may be on your website)
The Categories you want (i.e. Wedding , Portrait, Commercial etc. etc…)  Up to 7 is practical.
b) Online Order Form - The order form is created specifically for you. If required this may be produced in your current website background colours.  The information required is : -
Credit cards accepted via psuedo credit card or PayPal credit card.

Post and Packing Charges
 
 A password. This will be used to allow you access to customer order details. As a guide - No longer than 8 characters and all lower case
 
Included is an option for customers to enter their credit card details via a secure server. You are sent an e-mail of the transaction and are then able to access a secure database and recover the details in order to process them via your own credit card facilities. This allows transactions to be made from anywhere in the world but does not increase the commissions that you already pay for your current credit card facility.
 
Option 3 (Total Cost £90) - Includes Options 1 above. Plus we will register or transfer you a domain name (i.e. www.yourname.co.uk) we will then point this at your Portal Page so web visitors will be automatically directed to this page. This service has an ongoing cost of £27.50 per year. (Add £15 for .com or other Domain extension names). Have a look at www.crawfordphotography.co.uk .
 
Option 4 (Total Cost £400) - Includes Options 1 and 2 above. Plus the design and hosting of your own website that seamlessly connects into Photomemory for visitors to view their images.
 
This also includes your own POP mail account such as "info@yourdomainname.co.uk" with E-mail automatically being forwarded to your current e-mail address.
 
Intro Page - Introduction page -describing your services with one of your large images as well as all your contact information
Weddings - Information on your wedding packages plus details on the wedding service you provide
Wedding Gallery - A wedding gallery of thumbnail images that the visitor may click to open up larger images- Showing examples of your work
Portraits - Including studio information and other options such as home service, specialities - animals, babies etc.
Portrait Gallery - A portrait gallery - Styled as per the wedding gallery, showing examples of your work.
Albums Online - This option takes visitors across to your Photomemory Portal Page which is produced in the same style as your website and therefore visitors will be unaware of the transition.
E-Mail us - This option opens up a new mail message box on the visitors computer, with the destination address and subject fields already set to your
 
You may want extra pages designed for commercial, studio, portfolio etc. The cost is dependant upon content. But, as a guide they usually cost approx £45 each
 
On-going Hosting costs for this option are £95 per year. Registration costs. .co.uk £9.50 per year, .com or other domain name extension £20 per year.
